Emuel’s Background
Emuel works with us as the lead evaluator for several federally funded international exchanges, and has worked extensively in research aimed at developing strategies for supporting the transition of Hispanic Adults into post secondary education. He also has an extensive background with educatiional technology and currently teaches a course in media production at the University of Georgia's New Media Institute.

Emuel holds a doctoral degree in Adult Education and an MA in Geography, both from the University of Georgia. He lives here in Athens with his wife, Juana and his daughter, Ana.
